Creating Profiles for Subsidiaries and Franchisees
In the previous instruction, we described how to create a profile for a company. However, often a firm has different franchisees and branches and has to manage them all. Therefore, on our platform you can use the modules “
Creating a Profile for a Subsidiary” and “
Creating a Profile for a Franchisee.”
In our e-system, you can create a profile for each of your subsidiaries and franchisees and provide access to their employees. They will receive a simple notification to their mailboxes and click “Join.” After joining, they can start working on the platform.
Management operations become easier and faster:
- The platform collects data from each subsidiary and franchisee;
- The e-system generates united statistical reports and separate reports for each firm that has a profile within the general profile of your company;
- The risk of violations of corporate rules by any subsidiary or franchisee is diminished;
- It becomes simpler to improve the quality of services provided by the firms operating under your brand.
What to do to create a profile for a subsidiary or a franchisee:
- Open the program and enter your nickname and password.
- Go to the menu “Firms” – “Subsidiaries” or “Firms” – “Franchisees.”
- Click on “Create a Profile” in the sub-menu. The e-system will show you a table where you have to enter the name of the firm and the email address of key contact persons. The key contact persons should be employees of your company who will be responsible for the management of your subsidiaries and franchisees.

Add the following information about each franchisee or subsidiary:
- Firm name;
- Legal and actual address;
- Email address and phone number of its general manager.
Optionally, you can fill in other fields of the form, for example, working hours, number of employees, etc.
When you have filled in the table, click on the “Complete” button.

Done! You’ve created a profile for your subsidiary or franchisee.
After that, you will have to provide access to the employees of the added firm. In the upper-right corner, find the “Invite” button and click on it. The system will send a notification with a link to the email address of the general manager of the subsidiary or franchisee. After registration in the system, the general manager gets the possibility to provide access to the firm’s staff automatically.
